Kymberly Juettemeyer (she/her) is a Strategy Implementation Manager in Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), where she leads the execution of key strategic initiatives across ISC functions, businesses, and stakeholder groups, ensuring they are fully realized and embedded. With over 10 years in manufacturing, she brings a unique blend of frontline experience and organizational development expertise. Kymberly is passionate about advancing women in engineering and drives inclusion through workshops, mentorship, and involvement with ERGs.
Kymberly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Missouri University of Science and Technology, where she focuses her research on women’s experiences in technical teams. She is a recipient of Dow’s Global Women Inclusion Network (WIN) Champion Award and was recognized by the HACR Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers program. Her mission is to transform manufacturing into a space where all can thrive.
