Mary Katherine (MK) Spiegelhauer is a Production and Logistics Leader for Dow Inc. She has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and over 13 years’ experience across manufacturing and R&D, including capital project management, production operations, process safety, and scale-up.
MK leads Dow’s SWE Corporate Partnership Council team, where she coordinates participation of Dow employees in SWE activities and encourages greater collaboration between Dow and SWE. She sits on the Dow North America Women’s Innovation Network ERG steering team.
MK served as an officer in her collegiate SWE section and has been an active member and officer of the SWE-Houston Area professional section for over 13 years including SWE-HA President in FY21.She also served the Local host Representative on the SWE Conference Advisory Board in FY22.
