Claire Jordan is a Manufacturing Onboarding Program Owner at Texas Instruments, where she focuses on workforce development and supporting the next generation in STEM. She serves as the Disability Employee Network Chair at TI and the FY25 Bylaws Chair for the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). In her SWE roles, Claire has strengthened cross-committee collaborations, guided by her belief that effective governance and clear policies help members navigate challenges and conflicts. With experience in training, development, and change management, she brings strong communication and leadership skills to every role. Claire is dedicated to mentoring early-career professionals, helping them navigate transitions and build confidence in their careers. She also actively recruits for TI, using her SWE network to connect talent with opportunities and to strengthen the engineering workforce.
