Megha blends technical expertise with human-centered leadership to help teams make bold decisions under pressure. She currently manages a team of 10 direct reports and leads a program team of 60+ team members. Meghali holds a PMP® (Project Management Professional), Leadership and Management Certification from Wharton and several other leadership & AI certifications. Passionate about translating complex challenges into clear strategies, she brings a unique perspective on leadership, change management, and innovation. She lives in Austin, Texas, and enjoys connecting with communities that are building the future of engineering with curiosity and care.
