Kathryn Chamberlin is an engineer and leader passionate about advancing women in STEM and creating inclusive engineering communities. She works at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where she manages projects that bring together teams to design and deliver technologies supporting future space missions. Her career reflects a balance of technical innovation and collaborative leadership, with a focus on solving complex problems that push the boundaries of exploration.
Kathryn is deeply involved in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). She currently serves as Chair of the SWE Mentoring Working Group for FY26 and formerly as Chair-Elect of the Bylaws Committee for FY25. She has also shared her experiences as a speaker at annual SWE conferences, inspiring members to navigate career decisions with confidence.
Kathryn brings a unique perspective that blends engineering expertise with a dedication to mentorship, professional growth, and empowering future generations of women in engineering.
