    Diane Doise is working as a Digital Change Agent for Syngenta, a global, science-based agtech company made up of Crop Protection and Seeds business units. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and has over 30-years experience in chemical plants and refineries in the Gulf South. Diane is a Process Automation expert, has a passion for Process Optimization and coaching others to success. She has been an active member of the Society of Women Engineers for 25-years focusing on professional development and STEM outreach. Diane is currently serving as Secretary for the Baton Rouge Section, member of the Mentorship Working Group and several Affinity Groups. She is an active volunteer with the Girl Scouts and FIRST Robotics.
