Kit Edwards is a a passionate and driven student with a strong foundation in software engineering, robotics, and signal processing. With hands-on research experience in LTE signal capture using MATLAB and web application development through Dartmouth's DALI Lab, she thrives at the intersection of innovation and real-world application.As an active member and student government representative of the Society of Women Engineers at Collin College, she champions diversity and inclusion in STEM. She has organized and supported hackathons, resume workshops, and development bootcamps—all to empower the next generation of engineers, especially young women in tech. She also contribute to the Collin College Robotics and Software Engineering Club, where I collaborate on exciting projects that challenge my technical and leadership skills. Beyond academics, she brings creativity and heart to everything she does—from writing poetry for the McKinney Mockingbird Poets Society to covering music and exploring personal development through fitness and self-help literature.
