Christi Wisleder, civil project manager and sustainability professional with 20 years’ experience, is focused on coaching and mentoring others. Christi is active with the SWE Rocky Mountain Section, supporting K-12 outreach initiatives. Christi was part of a leadership development learning team that investigated the incoming Generations Z and Alpha characteristics and expectations. She partnered with corporate leadership to start a new mentoring program to benefit employees, and Christi is participating as a guide in the program that she created. Christi helped refine the job rotation program concept into an actionable plan, and she is the Rotation Program Coordinator for the business unit. Christi is helping expand the rotation program through the entire company in multiple engineering disciplines. Christi also supported an Aspiring Leadership program that invests in those with less than 10 years’ experience to prepare to be future leaders.
