    While working full-time, Renuka earned a dual master’s degree—an experience that reinforced her belief that meaningful growth often happens before conditions feel “perfect.” She enjoys sharing practical, honest lessons on pursuing ambitious goals, building resilience, and designing a career that creates long-term flexibility and impact.
