    Manasa Nalla is a product innovation leader with a career that spans over a decade in creating products at the intersection of consumer needs, technical feasibility, and impactful user experiences across both consumer and B2B markets. She currently serves as Associate Director of R&D – Product Innovation & Strategy at Duracell, leading the creation of next-generation battery products.

    Recognized for turning complex technical innovations into actionable strategies, Manasa bridges engineering expertise with business needs and consumer insights. Part product manager, part innovation strategist, and part user researcher, she designs, develops, and executes innovations that deliver value to both consumers and businesses.

    Manasa holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, and she is passionate about advancing STEM and fostering inclusive, forward-thinking innovation that extends beyond the product.
